APPLICATION
QA121, QA151 and QA241 DC-DC converters have been designed specifically for IGBT drivers. Their ultra low isolation capacitance dramatically reduces interference across the isolation barrier, leading to more reliable switching of IGBT transistors arrays. The unique asymmetric output voltages and common mode ground reduces the driver loss with the IGBTs.
Standard features include short-circuit protection and auto-recovery, and can be widely used in:
- General inverter designs
- AC servo drive system
- Electric welding machine
- Uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
